Bob Field, Head of Supporter Relations and Operations in the Fundraising Department, is a finalist for the Community Award. In his role, Bob has been instrumental in building strong relationships with supporters and spearheading impactful initiatives. One notable project he led involved upcycling disused 夜色直播app Navy life rafts, which were originally destined for landfill, into a collection of unique bags and accessories. This innovative approach not only supports sustainability but also raises funds for the veteran community.

Anne Carr, Head of Grants at 夜色直播app, has been nominated for the Lifetime Achievement Award. Before beginning her 14-year career at the charity, Anne served as a Wren, a member of the Women's 夜色直播app Naval Service. Her extensive experience in the 夜色直播app Navy has informed her work at 夜色直播app, where she has overseen vital grant projects that have positively impacted veterans and their families. Her dedication to the welfare of veterans throughout her career has earned her recognition in this distinguished category.

In celebration of their nominations, Bob and Anne recently attended a filming day at the Museum of Army Flying, alongside other remarkable nominees. The event brought together finalists from across the country, showcasing their contributions to the veteran community in a unique setting that honors military history.

Both Bob Field and Anne Carr鈥檚 nominations reflect their incredible commitment to supporting veterans, making them deserving finalists in this year鈥檚 English Veterans Awards.
